Wedding Film Proposal | Prestonwood Baptist Church | Dallas, Texas

September 12, 2026

Sarah & Cade,

Thank you so much for inviting me into such a meaningful season of your life. It truly means a lot that you would consider me to document your wedding day, and I’m so honored by your trust.

Your vision for a wedding that feels timeless, joyful, and deeply meaningful came through so clearly in everything you shared. From your ceremony at Prestonwood to celebrating with family and friends afterward, your day sounds like a beautiful reflection of who you are and what this season represents for you both.

My approach to wedding videography is centered on storytelling — capturing moments as they naturally unfold, preserving the emotion behind them, and creating a film that feels just as genuine years from now as it does on your wedding day. I believe your wedding film should feel effortless, elegant, and true to you, without ever feeling overly produced or forced.

This proposal was thoughtfully created around your venue, timeline, and hopes for your day. Each option is designed to give you a refined, cinematic keepsake that allows you to relive the joy, reverence, and celebration of your wedding in a way that feels authentic and lasting.

Thank you again for considering By Cameryn Elizabeth. I would absolutely love to walk through this proposal with you, answer any questions, and make sure everything feels like the perfect fit.

With warmth,

Cameryn

Next Steps

I’m truly excited about the possibility of working together. If everything in your proposal feels aligned, here’s what the process looks like moving forward:

  1. Choose Your Collection
Take your time looking through the options and select the collection that feels like the best fit for your day and for the experience you want to have.

  2. Contract & Retainer
Once you’re ready, I’ll send a short contract and an invoice for the retainer. Your date is officially reserved as soon as the retainer is submitted.

  3. Planning & Details
After booking, we’ll start talking through timeline flow, your vision, moments and people who matter most, and any unique elements of your day. I’ll help guide this — you don’t have to have it figured out yet.

  4. The Wedding
I’ll have my team there with calm presence and intentional storytelling — capturing the fullness of the day, from the quiet tenderness to the wild celebration.
