Wedding Proposal | The Springs, Waxahachie | Waxahachie, Texas

December 11, 2026

Mkayla,

First of all — congratulations. Getting engaged is such a tender, electric season of life, and I loved reading through your inquiry and learning more about you both. From your love of the gym and trying new things, to cooking, sewing, and creative projects, it’s clear you share a rhythm of intentionality and curiosity — the kind of foundation that makes a marriage so beautiful to witness and document.

Your draw toward a moody, editorial aesthetic paired with romance immediately stood out to me. Add in your shared love for Peaky Blinders, Stranger Things, and cinematic storytelling, and I can already envision a wedding day that feels layered, atmospheric, and deeply emotional — timeless but with edge.

Your winter date at The Springs in Waxahachie on December 11, 2026 is especially exciting. Winter weddings lend themselves so naturally to rich tones, dramatic light, and intimate moments — the kind that feel cinematic without ever feeling forced. My approach is always to document your day as it unfolds, guiding only when needed, so your photos feel genuine, romantic, and true to you.

Below, you’ll find a thoughtfully curated photography option that aligns with what you shared — 8 hours of coverage with two shooters, incorporating both digital and film photography to bring depth, texture, and a timeless quality to your gallery. Film allows moments to breathe a little differently — softer, slower, and incredibly emotive — and I love weaving it in alongside digital imagery for a refined, editorial finish.

I would be so honored to walk alongside you in this season and preserve this chapter of your story with care and intention. If this feels aligned, the next step would be to set up a quick call to connect, answer any questions, and make sure we’re the perfect fit.

Thank you again for considering By Cameryn Elizabeth — I truly can’t wait to hear more about your vision and what you’re dreaming up for your wedding day.

XOXO,
Cameryn

Next Steps

I’m truly excited about the possibility of working together. If everything in your proposal feels aligned, here’s what the process looks like moving forward:

  1. Choose Your Collection
Take your time looking through the options and select the collection that feels like the best fit for your day and for the experience you want to have.

  2. Contract & Retainer
Once you’re ready, I’ll send a short contract and an invoice for the retainer. Your date is officially reserved as soon as the retainer is submitted.

  3. Planning & Details
After booking, we’ll start talking through timeline flow, your vision, moments and people who matter most, and any unique elements of your day. I’ll help guide this — you don’t have to have it figured out yet.

  4. Engagement Session (Optional / If Included)
If an engagement session is part of your collection, we’ll schedule that and I’ll help curate location, styling, and feel so the images feel like you

  5. The Wedding
I’ll be there with calm presence and intentional storytelling — capturing the fullness of the day, from the quiet tenderness to the wild celebration.
