Wedding Proposal | Dallas Arboretum | Dallas, Texas

May 8, 2026

Madison & Cole,

Thank you again for taking the time to talk with me — hearing your story and the heart behind your day made this proposal especially meaningful to put together. The way you described growing up next to each other, becoming close friends, and then finding your way to one another in college is such a beautiful foundation for a marriage, and it’s clear how deeply intentional this day will be.

I do want to share transparently that I am personally booked on your wedding date. That said, I would still love to serve you through one of my associate video collections, which may also allow for a more budget-friendly option while fully honoring what matters most to you — especially your ceremony and vows.

My associate filmmakers are carefully trained in my approach and style, and I remain fully involved behind the scenes. I handle the planning, timeline collaboration, creative direction, and all editing personally. This ensures your final film reflects the same warmth, intentionality, and storytelling you see throughout my work — with special care given to ceremony audio and preservation.

Below are ceremony-forward associate video collections created specifically with your priorities in mind.

XoXo,

Cameryn

Next Steps

I’m truly excited about the possibility of working together. If everything in your proposal feels aligned, here’s what the process looks like moving forward:

  1. Choose Your Collection
Take your time looking through the options and select the collection that feels like the best fit for your day and for the experience you want to have.

  2. Contract & Retainer
Once you’re ready, I’ll send a short contract and an invoice for the retainer. Your date is officially reserved as soon as the retainer is submitted.

  3. Planning & Details
After booking, we’ll start talking through timeline flow, your vision, moments and people who matter most, and any unique elements of your day. I’ll help guide this — you don’t have to have it figured out yet.

  4. Engagement Session (Optional / If Included)
If an engagement session is part of your collection, we’ll schedule that and I’ll help curate location, styling, and feel so the images feel like you

  5. The Wedding
I’ll be there with calm presence and intentional storytelling — capturing the fullness of the day, from the quiet tenderness to the wild celebration.
