Thank you so much for reaching out — and congratulations to you both! It truly means a lot that you found me through Audrey and Jonah; getting to photograph people who are connected through friendship and history is always so special.

Your wedding already sounds incredibly meaningful. Getting married in the church you grew up in and met in is such a beautiful full-circle moment, and that kind of history and heart always translates into really timeless images. My approach is centered on creating photographs that feel natural, honest, and full of warmth — capturing the joy, reverence, and emotion of the day without anything feeling forced. If your goal is simply “beautiful pictures,” you’re exactly the kind of couple I love working with.

I do want to share transparently that I am already personally booked for May 16, 2026. However, I do offer associate photography collections, which may be a wonderful (and more budget-friendly) option for you. My associate photographers are carefully trained in my style and approach, and I remain fully involved behind the scenes — from planning and guidance to editing and final delivery — so the end result still reflects the By Cameryn Elizabeth look and experience.

ASSOCIATE PHOTO + VIDEO COLLECTIONS

For couples who love the By Cameryn Elizabeth style and experience but are looking for a more budget-conscious option, associate photographer coverage is a beautiful alternative.

My associate photographers are carefully selected and trained to shoot in the same intentional, documentary-forward style that defines my work — focusing on genuine emotion, natural movement, and timeless imagery. While I may not be physically present on the wedding day, I remain fully involved throughout the entire process.

I personally handle all communication, timeline guidance, creative direction, image curation, and editing, ensuring your final gallery reflects the warmth, consistency, and elevated aesthetic you see throughout my portfolio. I will also handle any pre-wedding sessions (bridals or engagements). You’ll receive the same thoughtful experience and attention to detail, just with a different photographer capturing the day.

This option allows couples to receive beautiful, cohesive storytelling while staying aligned with their budget — without sacrificing quality, care, or intention.

  1. Choose Your Collection
    Take your time looking through the options and select the collection that feels like the best fit for your day and for the experience you want to have.

  2. Contract & Retainer
    Once you’re ready, I’ll send a short contract and an invoice for the retainer. Your date is officially reserved as soon as the retainer is submitted.

  3. Planning & Details
    After booking, we’ll start talking through timeline flow, your vision, moments and people who matter most, and any unique elements of your day. I’ll help guide this — you don’t have to have it figured out yet.

  4. Engagement Session (Optional / If Included)
    If an engagement session is part of your collection, we’ll schedule that and I’ll help curate location, styling, and feel so the images feel like you

  5. The Wedding
    I’ll be there with calm presence and intentional storytelling — capturing the fullness of the day, from the quiet tenderness to the wild celebration.
